Coach Neil Marshall, Owner

A father of four to Alex, Charlotte, William & Anthony, and husband to Kyla, Neil was born in England in 1967. He moved to North America in 1995, first to Montreal, QC, before eventually settling in Dallas, TX in 2010. Neil grew up playing soccer in England, and is an avid Leeds United fan. Since moving to North America, he has continued his involvement in soccer, playing for 15 years in Montreal for Rangers FC, managing the Bell Helicopter Indoor Soccer League, and also coaching his son’s teams in the Metcalfe Indoor Youth Soccer League near Ottawa, ON.

Benjamin Lazcano, Director of Coaching

Native from Concepcion, Chile. Benji has lived & breathed soccer his whole life, has played NCAA collegiate level and has been around some great coaches.
Benji graduated Roberts Wesleyan University with a Major in Sports Management & Business Administration. He played NCAA soccer for the Roberts Redhawks where he was named Second-Team All-Midwest Region by the National Christian College Athletic Association, recognized as Scholar-Athlete by the NCCAA, & was named to ECC Commissioner’s Honor Roll.

Ricardo Rochetti

Coach Ricardo is no stranger to the Dallas youth soccer scene, having relocated from São Paulo, Brazil, to Richardson at eleven. Ricardo played select soccer for Flame Soccer Club right up to the U19 level, being coached and mentored by former NASL star and Dallas youth soccer mainstay Bobby Moffat. Ricardo started coaching at 17, working camps for Mr. Moffat (now known as UK Elite Soccer Camps) for several years, where he coached players of a broad range of ages and experience levels. Following a real-world hiatus, Ricardo returned to team coaching five years ago. In November 2021, he accepted a position at The Soccer Box and with the Dallas Legends Soccer Academy, where he works with the 2013B and 2013G teams.  Ricardo holds USSF licenses at all grassroots levels and is working toward his "D"License.

Ramon Patinó 

Native to North Texas, Coach Ramon played soccer for his local high school soccer team, Allen High School, and the FC Dallas Youth Select Teams. He went on to play college soccer all 4 years at Lyon College in Arkansas, a NAIA school. Coach Ramon was involved in two conference final appearances and was in a ranked team for the 2019 season, being named NAIA Champions of Character in 2021. He also played in amateur teams Tyler FC and FC Denver. Coach Ramon started coaching at Abraham Lincoln High School in 2021 as an assistant coach for the boys and girls varsity team before coming back to Dallas to coach the Dallas Legends teams. He currently holds a USSF D license. He wants to share the passion of the sport with every kid to develop technical players and leaders.

Cole Morgan

From Garland TX, Coach Cole played soccer for his high school, Naaman Forest, winning midfielder of the year his senior season and all region honorable mention in the 6A Region 10 District, additionally he played for Liverpool International Academy competing in ECNL and Division 1 Classic league. Cole went on to play college soccer for his first 2 years at Richland College here in Dallas winning 2 Junior College National Championships during his time. After transferring to UTD he ended up winning the 2023 ASC Championship, and being an integral part of the 2024 Men’s soccer record tying season with the most wins in the programs history. Currently he also plays in UPSL with multiple teams including Coppell FC and Texas Spurs in addition to coach for Dallas Legends. In the near future he hopes to obtain a USSF D License. He aims to foster skill development, teamwork, and a love for the game while building confidence, discipline, and a strong work ethic in all players.

Zamira Sanchez

Zamira Sanchez is a dedicated soccer professional with a lifelong passion for the game. Growing up in a large family, she developed her love for soccer on a backyard field with goals welded by her grandfather. She played competitively for her local hometown club, Rage FC, where she contributed to the team’s remarkable victory in the 2017 US Youth Presidents Cup and a second-place finish in 2018. Zamira continued her playing career at Division 1 Otero Junior College before shifting her focus to academics, earning a degree from Texas Tech University. She now stays close to the game through coaching, sharing her experience and love for soccer with the next generation, and remains committed to developing players both on and off the field.

Caio Dos Santos

Born and raised in Brazil, I have been passionate about soccer since the day I was born. I began coaching in 2014 and have worked with players of all ages, from 2 to 17 years old, in both competitive and recreational settings. As a Brazilian, I firmly believe in the importance of individual skill development and fostering a strong technical foundation. My goal as a coach is to help my players improve and grow while ensuring they have fun playing the beautiful game.
